Across 2026 and into 2027 we're focusing our work around seven themes:

• Engagement — vertical video, Homescreen widgets, AI Summaries and improvements to push notifications and search
• Personalisation — reading history, followed authors, and the “You” section offering reader stats and gamification
• Subscriptions — Face ID, in-app purchases, authentication and access management
• Monetisation — more advertising integrations, ad formats, and revenue-generating features
• Analytics — deeper measurement, dashboards, and data-driven insights
• UI Improvements — visual and UX refinements across native apps and the edition reader
• Infrastructure — improved platform services, SDKs, compliance and developer tooling
